Holy Trinity High School is part of the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District. Our school has an enrollment of 710 students and offers Grades 9 to Level III in both English and French Immersion streams. Our school serves the area of the Northeast Avalon including the communities of Torbay, Flatrock, Pouch Cove, and Bauline.

Request for Proposals - Food Service Provider
Holy Trinity High School is a vibrant Grade 9–12 school located in the community of Torbay. Serving students from Torbay, Pouch Cove, Bauline and Flatrock, our school is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where student well-being and engagement are central to daily school life.
As part of this commitment, Holy Trinity High School is inviting proposals from qualified food service providers interested in delivering food services to our school community. We are seeking a partner who values quality, consistency, and student choice, and who is interested in contributing positively to our overall school experience.
Interested businesses are encouraged to carefully review the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) document, which outlines all expectations, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria.

Last Date for Questions from Bidders:

Closing Date for RFP Submissions:
Friday, February 21, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP document. Late submissions will not be accepted.
